Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging (for hygiene reasons, this is especially important for Casual Tank Tops and Workout T-Shirts)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Graphic T-Shirts with customized prints
- Any Dresses or Skirts with removed tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval – Our Cupertino-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
- Package Your Items – Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags attached.
- Ship Back – Send the package to our return center (address provided in approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (from Basketball Shorts to Running Shorts, for example):
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you want an exchange.
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx).
- Customs fees are non-refundable.
Performance Apparel Guarantee
If your Golf Shorts or Hiking & Climbing Shorts have manufacturing defects, contact us immediately. We’ll replace them at no cost – because we believe in our products as much as you believe in your performance.
