Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which are not included in your order total.

Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging (especially important for hygiene-sensitive items like Casual Tank Tops and Workout T-Shirts)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Graphic T-Shirts with customized prints
  • Any Dresses or Skirts with removed tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

How to Return or Exchange

Step-by-Step Process:

  2. Wait for Approval – Our Cupertino-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the merchandise with original tags attached

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Details

When exchanging items (for example, from Basketball Shorts to Running Shorts):

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

Performance Apparel Guarantee

If your Golf Shorts, Hiking & Climbing Shorts, or any other performance apparel has manufacturing defects, contact us immediately. We’ll replace them at no cost – because we believe in our products as much as you believe in your performance.
